In 2010, Rogue Photography was founded by Deanna Trombley.
At the time, Rogue was meant to be a creative outlet for a photographer to explore her visual voice as a form of expression. With a growing interest in the human emotion, Deanna turned to storytelling and conceptual photography, exploring worlds that she could create on her own through the camera lens.
Unsuspecting at the time, Deanna met her best friend and future husband, Marck Paulsen in 2013 while attending CSUF to further her creative education. Just as many best friends do, Marck assisted Deanna with all of her photography class projects during her last two years in the university. Through the toils of each semester project, Marck quickly took to lighting techniques and composition, developing his own vision from the perspective of an assistant.
On February 2015, Deanna and Marck married, becoming Mr. and Mrs. Paulsen. The pair took a page out of the books of"What's mine is yours" and continued to grow their photography passions into a freelance service, capturing subjects in pursuit of capturing their resonating stories and purest emotions.
Upon photographing our first wedding as a team in early 2016, Rogue Photography officially became a family-owned service for capturing memories. Since then, we've been chasing stories to immortalize with our own signature styles, whether for fiction, commercial, or events.
We are rogue. We go wherever our imagination and curiosities take us.
